Step 1: Online Aplication If you require information to start the Admission Process, please complete the following form by clicking here. Upon completing the form, you will receive all the necessary information to access our school platform. Additionally, you will be required to provide your pastor\u2019s email address, as he\/she will receive a Pastoral Reference Form. Documentation Requirements: Copy of the Report card for the school years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to date (scan and attach to the Application Form). Copies of the parents\u2019 personal identity cards (scan and attach to the Application Form). The following documents must be sent directly by the student\u2019s school of origin to the following email:\u00a0admisiones@kcs.edu.do. Teacher Recommendation Form (Sent by KCS to your email). It must be completed by the student\u2019s teacher. It applies from 1st to 12th grade. Letter of Conduct (Issued by the person responsible for the area). Letter of Payment responsibility issued by previous the school administration. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: Birth certificate. 2 photos 2X2. Medical certificate. Ophthalmological certificate. Audiometry and Otoscopy certificate (1rst grade students only). Immunization record for students, including reinforcement of the vaccines. Original Report Card, stamped by the student\u2019s school of origin, where promotion to the next grade is confirmed. Transcripts validated by MINERD (From 4th\u00a0grade). Any other documentation required by the school for particular cases. \u00a0 \u00a0 CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (MINERD) FOR SPECIFIC CASES: \u00a0 7th grade students &#8211; Certificate of Completion of Primary Level of 6th grade, signed and stamped by the Educational Institution and by the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (MINERD). 8th to 12th\u00a0students &#8211; Certificate of Completion of Primary Level, signed and stamped by the Educational Institution and by the Ministry of Education (MINERD). &#8211; Copy of High School Transcripts to date. &#8211; High School report cards\/transcripts validated by the corresponding School District. &#8211; Certification of completed community service if it applies. International students &#8211; Documents proving the completion and approval of courses taken abroad, signed and stamped by the Educational Institution of origin.
