The educational program is designed to collaborate with parents by providing education in a safe, loving, and consistent Christian environment with biblical truth. Schedule Preschool education comprises sections Nursery 2 through Kinder 5. These programs are developed on the regular academic day from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Our Preschool program is characterized by: Be biblically integrated in all its areas. Be student-centered and use teaching strategies that address all areas of development. Sensory stimulation as an essential part of the learning process. Possess an adequate balance of individual, small group, and large group activities that stimulate learning. Concrete, real and relevant activities and learning materials. Provide a solid foundation for language development, early literacy, and development of number skills. Promote a safe, nurturing learning environment that leads to learning, under the supervision of competent teachers. Engage children in intentional learning activities, providing an appropriate balance between structured activities and play. Consider play as a vital part of a child’s learning experience as it allows him to experience God’s world, express himself, learn to manage relationships, regulate behaviors and foster imagination. Teach children discipline with love, using preventive approaches, attractive environments, and clear expectations to help children succeed. Children receive age-appropriate boundaries and guidance that allow them to feel safe, loved, and accepted. Implement developmental and age-appropriate educational best practices based on how young children learn and grow. Develop the students’ mother tongue and incorporate English as a second language when starting the literacy process. At the end of Kinder 5, students have started the literacy process in English and Spanish, being able to read words, sentences, and small paragraphs according to their level.
